THE LAW OF COMPENSATION
The Law of Compensation states that energy expended by one form that purposely impacts the intent of a second form shall similarly impact the intent of the first form.
There tends to be some confusion amongst those that believe in universal law regarding the differences between the
Law of Cause and Effect
, the
Law of Reciprocity
, and the Law of Compensation. What follows is my attempt to clarify these principles.
The
Law of Cause and Effect
basically says that whenever anything happens, whether intentional or not, something somewhere is impacted somehow.
The
Law of Reciprocity
basically says that when an act is committed intentionally there is a consequential return to the actor of a similar occurrence.
This law, however, is an interplay of the Laws of Cause and Effect, Reciprocity,
Action
,
Increasing Returns
,
Attraction
, and
Resonance
and is how the universe promotes supportive exchanges between forms.
Under the Law of Compensation, when you intentionally support the intentions of others, support for your own intention is returned to you multiplied, amplified, in disproportion to the effort you spent. Understand that the universe already intended to support the other’s intention, so it compensates you for expending energy to assist.
Now, the universe is not sitting in judgment of you saying “That was nice of you. Here is a reward.” It’s simply a matter of law that when a form exercises its will to act in a way that supports the intention of another, that expenditure of energy resonates in the universe and gets amplified by the like waves that were already directed to support that intention.
So, when that transmitted energy cycles back to its point of origin, the transmitter, it has attracted support of its own which then combines with the intent of the transmitter.
It is a beautiful, yet simple, strategy of the universe that supports win-win approaches of all kinds.
Keep in mind, however, that this principle also works with intentional efforts to hamper or interfere with the intentions of others. If you should intentionally act to interfere with the delivery of something intended by another, you will surely stymie the delivery of what you yourself intend. After all, it is your intention at that point to block or delay delivery of something desired, right?
The good news is that the Law of Compensation is a tremendous help in manifesting what you desire. When you hold as your desire that what you intend should benefit many, and you act on that desire, the most efficient course for the universe to take is to speed delivery of what you intend.
Similarly, when you have impressed upon your subconscious mind that you are someone that lives a life of service to others, you attract waves of potential resources which stand ready to amplify your intentions.
When you determine that you shall encounter all things with an attitude of unconditional love and support—and you practice this daily—you shall be aided in the delivery of what you desire by all things around you.
That is the power of the Law of Compensation!
